Firewood Stacking Services (1/2 Cord)

Stacking services PER 1/2 CORD for Braglio Farms Firewood. Firewood Stacking Service: Scope of Work Our $300 flat-rate stacking service covers the labor required to neatly and safely stack one half (1/2) cord of firewood under standard delivery conditions. To keep our services efficient and affordable, the flat fee is strictly limited to the baseline conditions outlined below. What is Included in the Flat Fee (Standard Scope): Single Location: All wood will be stacked in one single location. Proximity to Truck: The stacking site must be located within 30 yards of the delivery truck's parking spot. Standard Ground: The path from the truck to the stack and the stacking site itself must be flat, level, clear of debris, and easily accessible via a standard wheelbarrow or hand-cart. Zero Obstacles: The route must not include any stairs, steep inclines, narrow gates, or indoor carries. No Steps. Conditions Requiring Additional Fees (Out of Scope): If your stacking location requires our team to navigate more difficult terrain or logistics, your project falls outside our standard flat rate. Additional fees will apply and require a custom review for the following conditions: Long Distances & Long Carries: Distances greater than 30 yards from the delivery truck. Stairs & Steps: Carrying wood up or down porch steps, deck stairs, landscape tiers, or basement flights - any stairs/steps. Slopes & Uneven Terrain: Moving wood across steep hills, significant inclines, muddy paths, or rough, uneven terrain. Split Stack Locations: Dividing the cord into multiple smaller piles around the property. How to Request Adjustments: If your stacking needs go beyond the standard scope of work described above, please contact our office prior to your delivery date by emailing hello@braglio.com. We will gladly review your specific property layout to make the appropriate adjustments to the service and invoice to perfectly reflect your needs.
