Barolo Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo - Barolo grape), Piemonte. A full bodied wine, with an intense aroma and long persisting on the palate. Garnet deep red color with brick-red nuances. Aroma: Intense, with good complexity and elegance, floral with notes of violet, fruity with notes of cherry , blackberry and raspberry, and spicy with notes of coffee. Taste: dry, soft, with a precise vinous flavour creating roundness, enhanced by the discreet presence of velvety tannins. Alcohol: 14%. Maturing: in stainless steel for 6 months / in small wooden barrel for 14+ months / in bottle for 3 months Food-Wine Coupling: best for steaks and games. . Serving temperature: 18°C in stem glassed for full-body red wines. Open the bottle at least 30 min before serving.
