Pair them with Novritsch gear such as the ASPC 1.2. Light but firm Standard foam inserts are soft, so pouches twist and move as you run. These plastic hexagon plates keep your carrier firm and your pouches in place, and at 260g each they're lighter than most alternatives. Best with the ASPC The plates are E-SAPI / SAPI M size, so they'll fit most plate carriers as firm, shape-holding inserts, but you'll only get the airflow in Novritsch gear.
