Leather and Amber Glass Ashtray

A heavy square ashtray in rich amber glass, set into a hand-stitched brown leather wrap in the style of French designer Jacques Adnet. The thick glass catches light beautifully, shifting from deep honey to bright citron at the corners, with four rests cut into the rim. The leather sleeve is cut away at each corner to show the glass, and it sits on a matching leather base pad with contrast saddle stitching, the signature detail of Adnet’s leather-clad designs. It works as an ashtray, a catchall for keys and jewelry, or a sculptural accent on a desk, coffee table, or bar cart.
