Fly Rod Hydropsyche MAX-D 10' #6 - #7 - Soldarini

Fly rod - Hydropsyche MAX-D 10' - SOLDARINI FLY TACKLE The Soldarini Hydropsyche MAX-D 10' is a high-end fly rod that we selected above all for stillwater and lake fly fishing. Offered here in #6 line and #7 line versions, it is particularly well suited to distance work, nymphing and streamer fishing. Its 10' / 305 cm length makes line control and drift management easier, while also remaining a strong option for certain large-river tactics. The MAX-D series uses the new Graph-carbon resins developed by Soldarini to create rods that are light, strong and exceptionally well balanced. Its extra fast action favours accuracy and line speed. The build includes a Full Wells grip with fighting butt, a down-locking reel seat with carbon insert, and an EVA handle with composite cork ends. Key features 10' length: particularly useful on stillwaters and lakes for controlling the line, drifts and long-distance retrieves, while also offering good performance on large rivers. Extra fast action: a fast, accurate action designed for long casts and sustained fishing. Graph-carbon resins: used by Soldarini to combine lightness, strength and balance. Down-locking reel seat: moves the reel towards the end of the handle to improve the rod's balance while fishing. Full Wells grip + fighting butt: suited to powerful fishing and fighting better fish. Two complementary line weights: #6 for great versatility on stillwaters, especially with nymphs and streamers; #7 for heavier fly lines, sustained casting and more demanding fishing. The #6, at 101 g, is the most versatile option for nymphing, distance work and light to medium streamer fishing. The #7, listed at 103 g, adds extra power for heavier fly lines, bulkier streamers and fishing that requires more reserve. Both versions are also very appealing on large rivers when distance, control and power are required.
