EASYLINK-60 Industrial Outdoor Wireless Bridge Kit Preconfigured 60GHz point-to-point wireless bridge kit with two paired units, Gigabit Ethernet connections, and 5GHz failover. The EtherWAN EASYLINK-60 connects Ethernet networks between buildings and remote locations without running network cable across the entire distance. Its integrated directional antennas create a dedicated wireless link for remote switches, IP cameras, and other Ethernet equipment. The two units arrive paired with unique wireless security settings. Mount them, connect power and Ethernet cables, and use the signal-strength LEDs to align the antennas. Common Questions Do I need to purchase a second unit? No. The kit includes two paired units, providing both ends of the wireless bridge. What does the 5GHz failover connection do? It provides a backup connection when the primary 60GHz link is unavailable. Backup-link performance can differ from the primary connection. Do I still need Ethernet cables and power at both locations? Yes. Each wireless unit needs an Ethernet cable to connect to its local switch or other Ethernet equipment through the included PoE injector. Each location also needs a suitable power source. How far apart can the units be installed? Plan for connections up to 1 mile with clear line of sight and careful alignment. Actual performance depends on distance, weather, interference, and installation conditions.
