Estane® ZHF 85AT8 MATT 02 Estane® ZHF 85AT8 MATT 02 is a non-halogen flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane based on an aromatic polyether TPU structure. The material is designed for extrusion applications where flame resistance and mechanical durability are essential. This grade combines good flexibility with strong mechanical properties including high tensile strength, abrasion resistance and tear resistance. The non-halogen flame retardant formulation makes it particularly suitable for applications requiring improved fire safety performance while maintaining the typical processing advantages of TPU materials. Typical extrusion temperatures range from approximately 160°C to 200°C depending on equipment configuration and final product geometry.
