Sir John Tenniel: Alice in Wonderland Double-Sided Jigsaw Puzzle Set

Millions know and love Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, but far fewer know that the first edition was illustrated by an English political cartoonist who was blind in one eye. John Tenniel was chief cartoonist for Punch from 1864 until 1901, and his artistry and good humour earned him a knighthood from Queen Victoria in 1893. Lewis Carroll commissioned him to draw Alice's eccentric cast of characters, and the collaboration became a cultural touchstone. This set contains two 120-piece double-sided puzzles of Tenniel's coloured illustrations, presented in a gift box.
