Full Metal Loadout — Zero PLUS Top, Shorts + Knee Pads

Three pieces, shoulders to knees — the most complete Zero kit we build. Rib-covered upper body, the most cushioned short in the Zero lineup, and the everyday knee pad you put on and forget. Everything in this kit layers under normal outerwear. What's in the kit Zero PLUS RF D3O Padded Top — rib coverage Rib padding — Added rib coverage the standard Zero RF Top doesn't have, for side falls and awkward landings. Adjustable elbow straps — Dial in the elbow pads and lock them in place through the full range of motion. RZ Labs pads (back, shoulders, elbows) — Durable, pliable RZ-LABS pads across the upper-body zones, made to stay resilient across a full season without compressing out. Removable for washing. Recycled D3O® RF foam underlay — Rate-sensitive foam at the key zones: soft while you ride, firms up when compressed, resets instantly. 100% recycled D3O® Zero material. A.I. insert compatible — Add optional A.I. (Air Pad Integrated) inserts for extra zone-mapped cushioning. Zero PLUS RF D3O Padded Shorts ESPRO™ tailbone pad — A pliable ESPRO™ polymer pad over the tailbone. D3O® RF (Recycled Foam) under the tailbone and seat — Soft and flexible in motion, firms up when compressed. Multi-density cushion foam — Across the hips, glutes and thighs to take the sting out of long learning days. Zero RF D3O Knee Pads Recycled D3O® RF smart foam — Non-Newtonian foam that moves with your knee through crouches, jumps, and edge catches, then firms up under compression and resets. Thick comfort foam layer — Cushions the constant low-level knocks of all-day park laps and resort riding, layered under the D3O®. Soft neoprene body — Wetsuit-style neoprene conforms to your knee and flexes through every degree without bunching, twisting, or riding up. Stay-put fit — An elastic Velcro closure plus internal silicone grip bands hold the pad in place without pressure points.
