Añejo Rosa Fuerte is the flagship of the Elevación1250 Rosa Platform: additive-free blue weber agave tequila aged 14 months in California Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine Barrels and bottled at 44.4% ABV. Añejo Rosa Fuerte starts as the same additive-free Blanco that anchors every Elevación1250 expression: 100% blue weber agave from the Tequila Valley, distilled at Hacienda de Oro in Amatitán, Jalisco, under fourth-generation Master Distiller Iliana Partida. The estate agave fields are organically certified and production is fully transparent — nothing added, nothing hidden. The liquid enters barrel at 55% ABV and rests 14 months in California red wine barrels. That is where the "Rosa" comes from: the wine-seasoned oak gives the añejo its blush, softens the edges, and layers red-fruit character over the cooked-agave core rather than covering it with vanilla and caramel. "Fuerte" is the proof — bottled at 44.4% ABV, higher than the Blanco Rosa (42%) and Reposado Rosa (40%), so the agave and the barrel both show up clearly in the glass.
