Precision for every morning The Victoria3 was developed for anyone who wants to make high-quality espresso at home without sacrificing control and consistency. It makes every reference reproducible and still leaves you the space to find your own recipe. Compact dimensions, well thought-out operation and high-quality Italian workmanship make it a reliable companion in everyday life. Boiler and brewing group A Brass coffee kettle with 200 ml forms the thermal heart of the Victoria3 and keeps the temperature stable cover by cover. The saturated brewing group with stainless steel heating element accommodates LELIT58 portafilters, a three-way valve dries the coffee puck after extraction. Flow profiling with Pagaia The patented Flow Profile system Pagaia controls the water flow electronically and adjusts the extraction to each roast. A new, low-noise pump accompanies the cover with a pleasant silence. LCC control The LCC control with high-resolution OLED display puts control in your hands. You program the extraction profile and brewing time for both coffee buttons, you also set the coffee and steam temperature and activate the rinsing and cleaning cycle if necessary. Processing and details A housing with a cup warmer, backlit stainless steel buttons, LED lighting in the coffee dispensing area as well as a rotary knob and wooden feet set visible accents. The low-combustion, multidirectional Steam and hot water nozzle with 3-hole nozzle is also designed for larger cups.
