Megumi Suzuki TRIO - Kanamako / Time Machine (Signed) [PRE-ORDER | Expected Arrival: Early November]

Pre-order Item: Expected Arrival in Early November This record is scheduled for release on November 3, 2026. However, due to the preparation of our first-press bonus (a postcard signed by Ichio Otsuka and Suzuki Megumi TRIO), it is expected to arrive slightly later than the release date, in early November. Please note that if you order this item together with other items, it will be shipped only after all items are ready. — A 7-inch collaboration between Ichio Otsuka, an illustrator and creator known for his work on NHK E-Tele's "Miitsuketa!" and other projects, and Megumi Suzuki, a Niigata-based musician who has provided music for idols in addition to her work with RYUTist. The single cut "Kanakamo" (A1), which proclaims itself as "extremely pop-leaning alternative country," is a pop song where humor and sentimentality intersect, describing the lingering feelings and conflicts toward one's past choices as "the work of a mole." The name of "Welmo," the original character of Joetsu-Mineko Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen designed by Otsuka, appears in the chorus. The unreleased new song "Time Machine" (B1) is a nostalgic and dreamy waltz featuring vibraphone, tubular bells, and accordion. It sings that by placing oneself in an unchanging natural landscape, one can always let their thoughts wander to both the past and the future. Both songs were written by Otsuka and composed by Suzuki. You can enjoy the riddle set by these two pop artisans from both the sound and visual aspects, freely crossing from pushpin studio to bubblegum pop. Includes a first-press limited special postcard. ▪️rovakk musikk First-Press Bonus The first-press limited special postcard includes signatures from Ichio Otsuka and Suzuki Megumi TRIO.
