When the dust bag in your Festool CT25 fills with sawdust, it's easier to replace the full bag than empty loose dust from the extractor. This MyVac 10-pack gives you spare bags for regular dry dust collection, whether you're sanding timber, cutting boards or cleaning up workshop debris. The bags have a flexible white collection body that opens inside the extractor. A rectangular cardboard collar sits at the inlet, giving the bag its connection to the machine. As dust comes through the hose, it collects inside the bag so you can remove the contents together when the bag is full. Finding the right Festool CT25 dust bag The original Festool filter bag for the CT25 is called SC-FIS-CT 25/5, part number 577484. This reference is useful when the original packaging has been thrown away or you're trying to match an old bag. Before ordering, compare the collar on your existing bag with the product photographs. Look at the rectangular cardboard fitting, the position of the round opening and how the collar sits in the extractor. Why Festool MINI and MIDI model years matter The Festool CT15 and the newer CT MINI and CT MIDI machines use original bag reference 204308. For MINI and MIDI extractors, this applies to the generation manufactured from 2019 onwards, including the MINI I and MIDI I models. Older CT MINI machines use original reference 498410, while older CT MIDI machines use 498411. These are separate bag families. The original part number and model year are more useful than the MINI or MIDI name on its own. Replacing a full dust extractor bag Switch off and unplug the extractor before opening it. Remove the full bag carefully, following your Festool machine's instructions, and seat the cardboard collar of the new bag correctly at the inlet. Make sure the bag can open inside the container before closing the extractor. These bags are for dry collection. For liquids, use the wet collection arrangement specified for your machine.
