Private Seren Star Sterling Silver Stacking ring Workshop (Emma)

*Private booking* Learn how to make my Signature Seren Star Stacking ring set. In this Workshop you will make a set of 3 Sterling silver stacking rings, including a Seren Star - a handmade Fine Silver star will be provided for you to texture and solder to one of the rings, You will learn how to make the rings from scratch in a small class of 4 students, in my purpose built jewellery studio in Peterston-Super-Ely in the Vale of Glamorgan. This 3 hour workshop is a perfect introduction for anyone interested in jewellery making and will teach traditional Silversmithing skills. You will learn how to: Use a jewellers piercing saw to cut metal Shape and form a ring using a jewellers ring mandrel and hammers Solder Silver Texture metal Clean, file and polish Silver Everything you need to make the jewellery will be provided for you, if you wear glasses for reading/ close up work it's best to bring them along. Long hair should be tied back for the class and I recommend avoiding wearing clothes with long, flowing sleeves.
