Using little more than a rolling pin and an offset-spatula, a pizza stone and a mixing bowl, we’ll make some delicious, naturally-leavened grain-filled goodness to add to your home-baking repertoire. Yes: including sourdough starter to increase both flavor and digestibility, as well as distinctive flours such as spelt and khorasan and semolina, plus inclusions like sesame seeds and rubbed sage. Easy, straightforward assembly. None of the guesswork of sourdough bread loaves… Any level of homebaker will enjoy this workshop and be able to replicate these recipes with a handful of simple tools. You will go home with samples, formulas, some dough to play with and a sense of confidence moving forward.
