Damon Kowarsky 'Panorama, Terang'

3/30 630 x 1760mm "The town of Terang and Mount Noorat in South West Victoria. There used to be a lake in Terang until the 1930s when it was drained to make way for a dairy and a pony club. I've re-instated the lake in these etchings both as a visual device and as a comment on how we modify our environment. Sometimes with good cause [the lake was seasonal and was was rife with mosquitoes], but sometimes without not knowing quite how things will turn out."
