Veracruz - Finca Corahe - Gesha y Caturra - Natural Lo. GS
50 años haciendo café, una finca que año con año se mantiene entre las mejores de la Taza de Excelencia México. La cosecha se realizó el 12 de marzo. Las cerezas reposaron y fermentaron durante 12 horas en costales. Posteriormente, fueron lavadas y clasificadas por tamaño, grado de maduración y densidad. La siguiente fermentación se llevó a cabo en seco dentro de tambos herméticos, inoculados con levadura LALCAFÉ, durante 2 días. El secado se dividió en dos etapas a lo largo de 14 días: durante el día, las cerezas permanecieron sobre planillas al sol y, por la noche, descansaron en bolsas cerradas para estabilizar el proceso. En taza es un café de enorme intensidad y gran definición. Destacan notas de cacao, guanábana, fresa y toronja, con un perfil vibrante y complejo. Origen: Veracruz, Zentla.
