Heat Glue On Cue Tip (Single)

The Taom Heat is a glue-on cue tip made from laminated pigskin, produced by Taom Billiards in Finland and sold as a single tip. It is built to give the same response across the full face of the tip rather than softening towards the edges, and sits slightly firmer than the Taom Pro at each matching hardness grade. Heat is available in four glue-on diameters and three hardness grades. Diameter needs to match the ferrule on your cue, so it is measured rather than chosen by preference; the 10mm and 11mm sizes use a six-layer build and the 13mm and 14mm sizes use a nine-layer build. Layer count affects how well the tip holds its dome between trims, with more layers resisting mushrooming under repeated contact. Hardness sets how far the tip compresses at impact: softer grades stay on the cue ball marginally longer and hold more spin, while harder grades transfer more energy into the shot and keep their shape over a longer service life. As a glue-on tip it is fitted to a cleaned, flat ferrule with cue tip adhesive rather than screwed or pressed on.
