Produced by Ronal Carranza Montenegro in Lonya Grande, Amazonas, this Gesha reflects a producer deeply committed to both quality and community. Ronal is a founding member of the El Palto (JUMARP) cooperative, where he works alongside fellow producers to strengthen education, infrastructure, and regional standards across northern Peru. This single-estate lot from Guardian del Bosque is naturally processed, fermented for 120 hours in cherry, and dried slowly on raised beds in a solar dryer. Grown at 1600 meters and Organic Certified (NOP), the extended fermentation and careful drying reflect a deliberate approach to structure and stability.
