Omachi-AR (limited edition)

We used 100% Omachi rice from Isbell Farms in Arkansas, who have been cultivating rice for over 70 years. While new to us, Omachi is Japan’s oldest heirloom sake rice. Omachi is prized for its rich, layered aromatics and expressive character. A luscious mouthfeel and deep complexity make this sake especially rewarding for those who appreciate bold yet balanced profiles. Pairs beautifully with umami-driven dishes such as grilled pork, mushroom risotto, roasted eggplant, and soy-glazed meats. SERVE: Chilled or Room Temperature ALC.: 15.5–16.5%
