Pieces is a painterly, artisanal rug based on an original artwork by Shanan Campanaro. In multicolor Mineral, the palette includes pearl, soft blue, ochre, terracotta, creamy white, and pale green. An exploration of the wandering lines of a jigsaw puzzle, the abstract composition is rendered in 100-knot Tibetan crossweave out of merino wool and silk. Ideal in a living room or entryway. Custom made to order in Nepal, each rug is hand-knotted, so slight tonal variations provide a hallmark of this bespoke process, not a defect. Lead time is four to six months.
