At just about 5 months old, Ruthie was found living in a homeless encampment before being rescued by the Humane Society, who reached out to us to help find her the loving forever home she deserves. Ruthie has quickly proven herself to be a joyful, affectionate, and easygoing pup who absolutely loves people. She greets everyone with a wagging tail, bright eyes, and that adorable happy smile. She’s playful without being over-the-top and has a gentle, loving personality that makes her easy to fall in love with. We believe Ruthie may be a Boarder Collie mix giving her the cutest ears and a fun, intelligent personality all wrapped up into one adorable package.
