Sundried Cherry Tomatoes by iContadini

iContadini means "The Farmers" and that is exactly what this new, young company is. From the Salento region, deep in the south of Puglia, their tomatoes are cultivated, hand picked, and marinated with herbs and spices. They are preserved in a blend of extra virgin olive oil and sunflower seed oil, ready to eat. Use them on bread, in a sauce or vegetable stir fry.
