Guatemalan Woven Graduation Stole – Ember
Our ember woven graduation stole is a bold, meaningful piece for graduation ceremonies and worship services alike. Woven in Guatemala from 100% cotton on a traditional pedal loom, it features traditional jaspe (ikat) weaving—a time-honored technique that creates distinctive patterning woven directly into the fabric. This colorway blends gold/mustard, maroon, and deep dark navy, grounded by black weft yarn for extra depth and contrast. Unlike our brocaded styles, Ember is made from fully handwoven fabric, giving it rich texture and an heirloom-quality feel. Finished with a V-neck that lays flat on the back for a comfortable fit, this stole is also completed with a clean, tailored V-finish at the ends (no fringe), for a polished ceremonial look. As always, Handmade by UPAVIM and Fair Trade! Details: Length: 53" per side (top of neck to bottom of V) / ~106" total end-to-end Width: 4" each side 100% Cotton (handwoven on a pedal loom) Traditional jaspe (ikat) weave V-neck lays flat for a comfortable fit Finished ends (no fringe) Handmade and Fair Trade
