Ladder Selection and Use: Overview

This program is a microlearning. A microlearning is typically 1-3 minutes in length and quickly conveys information about a specific topic or subset of a larger topic. Ladders are used to reach elevated areas in just about every type of job, industry, and environment, as well as at home. Unfortunately, falling from a ladder is one of the leading causes of fatalities each year. To help prevent injuries while using ladders, this brief microlearning episode discusses selecting a ladder, setting it up properly, and the safe practices to perform while working on a ladder.
