DESCRIPTION Easyclean Concrete Cleaner is a new and innovative concrete cleaner designed to remove grease and oil stains by formulating with specific surfactants, powerful solvent and no-leaching absorbent. Easyclean penetrates deep into concrete and masonry surfaces, captures embedded oil-based stains and the stains are then extracted to the surface by absorbents. No scrubbing, no rinsing, no mess. USES Easyclean Concrete Cleaner will remove stains from concrete such as anti-freeze, brake fluid, cooking oils, diesel fluid, grease, hydraulic fluid, power steering fluid, tar, transmission fluid, tree sap and wax. Easyclean Concrete Cleaner is perfect for concrete driveways, garage floors, walkways, patios and other areas where concrete, stone, brick, and similar masonry materials are found to have oil stains. PHYSICAL PROPERTIES Colour Hazy Liquid Density 1.04 Viscosity 5000 cps at 6rpm, 23° Solids 10 - 11 % PH Value 11 - 12 VOC 4 % APPLICATION Read "LIMITATIONS" section before use. Remove loose dirt, debris and standing liquid from area. Shake Easyclean Concrete Cleaner vigorously for 30 seconds, then pour directly onto stain, agitate with broom or brush, extending at least 1 inch beyond stain and allow to dry completely to powder (8 to 12 hour or longer depending on temperature, humidity and ventilation). Sweep up the powder. If stain remains, reapply, scrub with stiff-bristled brush, allow to dry for 5-8 hours and then sweep up the powder. COVERAGE Approximately 20-25 sq.ft per gallon LIMITATIONS Do not mix with other chemicals. Do not use on painted, stained or sealed concrete surfaces. Do not use in wet or rainy conditions. May cause discoloration on some surfaces, always test a small, inconspicuous area before applying to stain. PRECAUTIONS Eye and skin irritant. Avoid inhalation of dust when sweeping.
