Pear and Earl Grey Tea

A fruit biscuit, we add 30% fresh Pear to this wheat- based recipe, it has a little added sugar. Aromatic, semi-sweet, we designed this cracker to go with goats cheese. This is a real winner on the cheese board! It’s a great gift for Earl Grey Tea lovers: add as a special treat in a Hamper. Best of all is the way this mysterious and aromatic cracker pairs with blue cheeses and goats cheese. All recipes are produced using British Rapeseed Oil and, in this case, Welsh butter (Milk).
