In the cup, Cellar Blanc leans into winemaking inspiration. This Catuai–Lempira blend is crafted with a white-wine yeast culture to lift aromatics and deepen complexity, creating a profile that feels juicy, polished, and cellar-sophisticated. Fresh roasted cacao anchors the base, while notes of dried pear and apricot glide through a silky body and settle into a long, fragrant finish.
