Set of Six Biedermeier Dining Chairs, Early 19th Century

Set of six dining chairs in cherrywood with upholstered seats, raised on tapered square legs with straight aprons. The seats have been newly upholstered in a black striped fabric. The openwork backrests feature a fern motif within an oval frame. Restored and hand-polished.
