This was a no brainer on the blind cupping table and reminded us of gooseberry, peach, and orange. Processing: Coffee is picked and goes through fermentation in cherry for 15hrs. After initial fermentation, coffee is then pulped and then goes through another 48hr fermentation. Lastly, it's washed and then sun-dried.
