To replace this part, you will need to drill out the old rivets using a drill with a metal drill bit. Once removed, you can take off the old middle joint and position the new one in place. Tip: make sure the handle (used to fold the trolley) is aligned in the same direction as the other middle joint. Finally, secure the new middle joint using the included rivets.
