Join us in Ouray, Colorado during prime fall color season as we chase golden aspens and dramatic light across the San Juan Mountains. WORKSHOP FEES: Include instruction from Matt Suess & Jim Nix FEES DO NOT INCLUDE: Lodging, meals & snacks outside of any breakfast your hotel may include, flights, transportation, etc. LOCATION: Ouray, Colorado, USA. The closest airport is Montrose, CO (MTJ), a small regional airport about 45 minutes away. Larger airports include Grand Junction (GJT, approx. 1 hr 45 min) and Denver (DEN) or Salt Lake City (SLC), each approx. 6 hrs by car. GROUP DETAILS: Open to any skill level from beginner to professional. Limited to 9 photographers for hands-on, personalized instruction. YOUR INSTRUCTOR(S) & GUIDE(S): Matt Suess, 35+ years of photography experience and OM SYSTEM Brand Ambassador, will lead this workshop along with Jim Nix PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: Each workshop client needs to be in decent physical condition. Expect walks up to 1 mile at altitude (Ouray is about 7,800 ft; some locations are above 10,000 ft).
