As a young woman she earned the title Ghigau, or Beloved Woman, one of the highest honors the Cherokee people could give. It gave her a voice in council, and she used it for the rest of her life to speak for peace and for her people. Nanyehi – The Story of Nancy Ward™ brings her life to the stage. We're honored to help tell it in copper. Availability Available exclusively this weekend at Cherokee Art Market and Nanyehi – The Story of Nancy Ward™. Limited quantities. Once they're gone, they're gone. Care Instructions Keep dry and avoid harsh chemicals. Polish gently with a soft cloth. Copper naturally develops a patina over time. That's part of its character.
