One of a Kind Carved Double Doors | Weathered Blue Patina | Floral Vase Panel Design 80x30

These tall Hand-carved wooden doors tell a little story as your eye moves down them. Three small rectangular panels sit at the top of each door, carved with leafy scrolls and star-shaped blooms. Below them, one long panel holds a flowering plant rising from a carved urn, with a round, petaled rosette at the base. The carving is shallow and graceful, more like a drawing cut into the wood than heavy relief, and it gives the pair a quiet, folk-art charm. The original patina turquoise wash brushed over dark, rich brown wood, then rubbed back so the grain shows through. Streaks of blue gather in the grooves and soften along the edges, and some of the wood still shows its natural figure. The doors look gently worn in, the way old courtyard doors do. Their narrow height makes them very flexible. Hang them as double doors for a closet, pantry, or small entry, or mount them on sliding tracks for a dramatic opening. They also work as a folding screen or room divider, as a pair of tall art panels on a wall, or leaned against a wall as an instant focal point. Overall Dimensions : 80 x 30 x 1.25 inches. 80x15 Inches Each Door Panel This door features carving on the front side only; the reverse side is finished but uncarved.
