Australian super buttery shortbread made in our bakehouse with lemon myrtle (Backhousia citriodora) grown on our Kurrajong Heights farm and rich macadamia nut butter. Fragrant, citrusy and delicately buttery, it’s a classic shortbread with a distinctly Australian twist. Lemon myrtle is the hero of citrus aromas, often called ‘more lemony than lemon!’ A perfect little indulgence and fantastic for sharing. Choose plain (125g), or half-dipped in Belgian white chocolate (150g), whose creamy sweetness is a natural match for lemon myrtle’s bright citrus. These shortbread biscuits are to die for!
