Wallace Seymour Modern Rock Drawing Stones

Wallace Seymour Modern Rock Drawing Stones

8.00 GBP In stock Buy at Merchant

Griffin of Easton are excited to launch the new range of Wallace Seymour modern rock drawing stones – the first store in the UK to carry this fantastic new medium. Hand formed and air dried, the modern drawing rocks are made of pure pigment, bound in gum arabic. Giving a crisper feeling than soft pastels, they are designed to be used straight on your paper. The modern drawing rock differ from the Wallace Seymour ancient drawing materials in that they are made with modern pigments for full colour presence and a wider range of bright hues. They can be used directly on all surfaces, but pair well with the Wallace Seymour drawing grounds (which we stock in the Griffin of Easton Artist Materials shop here at Easton Walled Gardens), or gum arabic. They can also be washed out with water to form a sort of watercolour effect. Each modern drawing rock is 30g. Made in Yorkshire.
