Invisible 8" in-wall speaker from the Invisible Series, with 70/100 V transformer Sonance IS8T is an invisible in-wall speaker: it mounts in the drywall, gets plastered and painted like the rest of the wall and disappears completely. 8" carbon fibre woofer and built-in line transformer for 70/100 V constant-voltage systems. Sold singly. It belongs to the Invisible Series and uses Motion Flex technology: mids and highs come from the Wave Flex Drive Unit, a bending-wave diaphragm with a 44 mm voice coil, while the bass comes from the Air Flex Woofer, an air-pulse diaphragm driven by a 203 mm woofer. The two areas of the diaphragm are acoustically isolated and directivity stays constant up to 10 kHz.
