Tabii Sessions: 31 October ($50/pax) Three exceptional coffees, five different expressions. ‘Tabii (旅)’ refers to the emphasis on experiencing the journey, not the destination. In our new space, we hope to provide a journey with coffees that we have intentionally sourced and roasted. Quality in specialty coffee can be applied not just to a cupping score, but the overall experience of its expression. It is based on this belief that we have selected three different outstanding coffees, each with their own story to tell. We then create beverages based on how we understand these coffees, and present them to you in a course menu curation. Expect classic expressions of both classic and innovative methods of coffee processing, played to their strengths in the beverages we present them in. From single origin pourovers and espressos, to complex mocktails that will have you re-think the potential of coffee. We want to show that coffee does not only need to exist in and of itself to prove its quality, but rather it can be further elevated through different expressions when done right.
