2015 HEROS – NAPA VALLEY LATE HARVEST CABERNET

Only three barrels of HEROS, an exquisite 2015 Late Harvest Cabernet Sauvignon named after Napastäk owner Lusine Hartunian's late father, were produced. This one-of-a-kind sweet wine was aged in a mix of new French Oak and used Bourbon barrels from our very own Napa Valley Distillery. This process allows the wine and Bourbon-infused oak flavors to marry, resulting in a rich and creamy texture, giving off raisin and butterscotch notes.
