Both are HDPE materials, but they are intended for different applications. White UV Boatboard Choose Boatboard where a finished white appearance, UV resistance, marine use, outdoor exposure and a textured surface on both sides are important. Natural / White HDPE Sheet → Choose Natural / White HDPE where food-processing, cutting-board use or a general-purpose natural-colour HDPE sheet is preferred. Is Boatboard suitable for boat windows? No. White UV Boatboard is an opaque HDPE sheet and is intended for components such as cabinetry, hatches, storage, seating and other marine fit-out applications. For boat windows or marine glazing, consider Clear Acrylic, Grey Tint Acrylic or UV2 Polycarbonate depending on whether visibility, tint, scratch resistance or impact resistance is the priority. White UV Boatboard is an excellent marine and outdoor fabrication material, but another plastic may be preferable where the project has different priorities.
