Trim the toe end with scissors to match, a little at a time. Set the Arch Rival flat in the shoe with the toe fully seated, not folded or curled. Break them in over 1–3 weeks. Wear them 1–2 hours on day one, then add 1–2 hours a day until they feel good all day. Care Scrub gently with a soft brush, antibacterial soap and warm water.
