Blackstone River Glass Center offers independent studio rentals for experienced stained glass artists who need a spacious, welcoming environment to create. Whether you have your own tools or prefer to use ours, we have flexible rental options to suit your needs. Please note that glass is not included. You must provide your own. Choose Your Rental Option OPTION 1: Studio Space Only – $10/hour (2 Hour Min.) Perfect for artists who have their own tools and equipment but need a comfortable place to work. Includes: Dedicated workspace and table Electricity and studio lighting Access to the shared stained glass studio OPTION 2: Studio Space + Equipment – Starting at $10/hour (2 Hour Min.) This can be paid at the time of the appointment at the register. You are just booking the time today. Don't have all the equipment you need? Use ours! Includes everything in Option 1, plus access to shared stained glass tools and equipment, including: Soldering irons and stands Glass grinders Glass cutters Running and grozing pliers Other basic stained glass hand tools Rental Rates Duration Space Only Space + Equipment 2 Hours $20 $40 3 Hours $30 $60 4 Hours $40 $80 Full Day (7 Hours) $70 $140 Two-hour minimum rental required. Important Information Studio rentals are for experienced stained glass artists who can work independently. No instruction or supervision is included. Glass, solder, copper foil, lead came, and other consumable supplies are not included. All renters must complete a safety orientation and sign a studio rental agreement and liability waiver. Renters are responsible for cleaning their work area and properly disposing of glass scraps. Studio access is by reservation and subject to availability. Equipment use is limited to approved tools and designated work areas.
