Scalable On-Site Nitrogen Generation The AirSep N2WAVE™ Modular Series is a scalable range of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen gas generators designed to produce nitrogen on site from compressed air. Using Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) technology, the N2WAVE Modular Series separates oxygen from compressed air, allowing nitrogen to pass through as the product gas. The modular design provides a flexible solution for businesses that need reliable nitrogen generation today, while retaining the ability to increase production capacity as their requirements grow. With nitrogen flows from approximately 1.8 CFM to 117.8 CFM at 95% purity, and from 0.2 CFM to 12 CFM at 99.999% purity, the N2WAVE Modular Series can be configured for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. Product outlet pressures can reach up to 124 PSIG, depending on system configuration. The compact footprint and modular construction make these PSA nitrogen generators particularly suitable where installation space is limited or future expansion is important.
