Pumpkins & Primates

Celebrate the fall season with some pumpkin decorating fun! Bring the kiddos to paint pumpkins on October 11th at 1pm. Educational animal encounters with primates! Come for an afternoon of creative fun. The kids will craft their own pumpkin to take home for Halloween. Pumpkin and all paint supplies will be provided. Our educational exotic animal encounters will include some of our monkeys - capuchins and squirrel monkeys. The afternoon is all about the kids! Please limit to one adult per family. Very limited space for this two hour event. What to expect during the event: Animal Encounters Meet our Monkeys! Some of our monkeys will make a guest appearance to meet the kids. Kids will be given the chance to hand-feed and pet the monkeys. Get the opportunity to learn about two different species. Extra Activities Photos – We will have a photo backdrop setup for you to take photos. Food and Snacks – There will be no shortage of fresh produce and snacks to feed the animals. Everything you need to make your encounter fun will be provided. Craft - Kids will get a chance to decorate their own pumpkin to take home.
