Indigo Slipper Chair

A slipper chair cut from pure pattern. The Indigo is fully upholstered from its rolled scroll back down to its squared block feet, in a hand-printed-look cotton of deep indigo and sand: bold spear motifs flank a central band of medallions and fine geometric borders, a print with the soul of an old resist-dyed textile. Every panel is aligned so the stripes run unbroken from crest to floor. Armless and compact, with a deep loose seat cushion, it slips easily beside a bed, into a dressing room or alongside a sofa as extra seating. Use a pair to frame a console, or let one bring quiet drama to a pale room.
