Proud Mary’s connection to the Santa Barbara region of Honduras began in 2012 when we started working with a small group of producers. Nahun Fernandez, one of the early producers, has evolved from growing traditional varieties to mastering processing techniques, becoming a leader in his community. This Washed Pacas lot offers sweet notes of milk chocolate, vanilla, and juicy stone fruit, recalling the quality of our early partnership.
