100% Muscat Ottonel from Colorado Chico, Canelones and manually harvested at full maturity. Grapes are macerated for 6 hours, pressed and spontaneously fermented without their skins. Bottled in the middle of fermentation under crown cap. Unfined, unfiltered, and with zero SO2 added. Aromas of pears, soft bubbles, incredibly fresh and remarkably low in ABV (8.5%)
