Vintage 1961 Ladybird “London” Book

A charming early Ladybird book, London, originally published in England in 1961 as part of Ladybird’s Series 618 collection. This title showcases sights around London, such as Westminster Abbey, the Tower of London, and the London Zoo. It also features a street map of London in the front cover, along with a London Tube map in the back cover. This copy does not retain a dust jacket does have damage to the cover image (looks as if a piece of tape was removed). There is also wear to the edges and spine, consistent with its age. The interior remains complete but does have writing on the cover page and title page. Each spread contains a full color illustration, approximately 50 pages total. Sourced in England.
