Moki Gotiti, Natural - Ethiopia
This lot originates from the vibrant, bustling community of Moki, in the Gedeo Zone, where coffee-farming families work tirelessly to produce some of the world's most exquisite coffees. This lot is processed at the Chelbesa facilities and embodies the extraordinary flavour and character of Ethiopian coffee. This is a natural processed coffee, where the coffee cherries dry whole in thin layers spread out on African raised beds in the sunshine. The coffee is then de-pulped, leaving the results of the drying process (natural) to embed natural sugars, and fruit-forward notes upon the roasted coffee.
