Birra Flea Bianca Lancia Blanche 5% 20ltr Keg

Bianca Lancia is Birra Flea's Blanche, brewed with barley and wheat malt and spiced with coriander and bitter orange peel. Hazy pale straw in the glass with a compact, creamy head, it is fresh, very fruity and lightly acidic, with only a gentle bitterness (15 IBU). Unfiltered, unpasteurised and top-fermented. Supplied in a 20-litre keg for draught. Pre-order only: please contact the office to place your order. Glasses: Birra Flea glasses are available on request, just ask when you order. Draught dispenser: these kegs are served through a Lindr Pygmy, a compact countertop beer cooler with a single tap. It plugs into a standard socket and chills the beer as it pours, so there are no fixed beer lines or cellar cooling to install. It has a built-in air compressor, or can be run with a CO₂ bottle and regulator. No dispenser yet? We can help you source a Pygmy and everything else you need to get set up. Just ask when you order. Ingredients: Water of Gualdo Tadino, barley and wheat malt, hops, yeast, coriander, bitter orange peel.
